The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests and criminal charges for November 3, 2015:
- Dustin Wayne Turner, 22, of 2975 Brady Hoffman Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 3 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Clarence Clay Derr, 41, of 691 Hares Way in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 3 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support.
- Pedro Salazar Pardo, Jr., 33, of 1272 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 3 with one count of failure to comply. A $500 cash bond was set.
- Cari Faulks, 26, of 164 Hilltop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 3 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz., possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $6,000 bond was set.
- Gina Diane Seagle, 46, of 9166 Old NC. 18 Rd. in Lawndale was charged Nov. 3 with two counts of probation violation and one count each of resist, delay or obstruction of a public officer, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Rhonda Jean Hoffman, 30, of 1828 Beaumont Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 3 with one count of probation violation. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
- Richard Bryan Dawkins, 36, of 1085 Altman Way in Iron Station was charged Nov. 3 with one count of failure to verify a sex offender. A $9,000 secured bond was set.
- Roger Dean Waldrop, 62, of 3142 Orchard Rd. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 3 probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Chad Elliott Varner, 40, of 2031 Kollege Ln. in Crouse was charged Nov. 3 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Chad Elliott Varner-Thomas, 17, of 1991 Lance Ln. in Vale was charged Nov. 3 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Scott Bradford Walton, 47, of 2218 Startown Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 3 with one count each of resist, delay or obstruction of public officer and second degree trespassing. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Tony Lee Baker, 27, of 202 Dixon Dairy Rd. in Kings Mountain was charged Nov. 3 with one count of violation of a 50B order.
