Criminal Charges — 11-11-15

Criminal charges for Wednesday, November 11, 2015.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Timothy Lamont Stephens, 44, of 384 Park Rd. in Albemarle was charged Nov. 4 with one count of possession of a weapon of firearms by a felon and possession of stolen firearms. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Eddie Lee Hullender, 25, of 1097 W. NC Hwy. 150 in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 4 with four counts of larceny. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Kelli Renee Dobler, 28, of 3222 Farm View Ln. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 4 with one count of failure to comply and communicating threats. A $985 cash bond was set.
  • Michael Andrew Baker, 46, of 7316 Palm Tree Dr. in Vale was charged Nov. 4 with two counts of larceny of firearm and one count each of injury to real property, felon possessing a firearm, safecracking and felony breaking and entering.
  • Lisa Morrell Parrish, 54, of 7843 Lucky Creek Ln. in Denver was charged Nov. 4 with one count of first degree trespassing.
  • Justin Lee Sheppard, 29, of 3654 June Bug Rd. in Vale was charged Nov. 4 with one count of first degree trespassing.
  • Randal Scott Jordan, Jr., 30, of 102 Brandywine Dr. in Conover died Nov. 5 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and first degree trespassing. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Debra Ann Crockett, 40, of 121 Davis St., B, in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 5 with one count of first degree trespassing.
  • Larry Wade Stanley, 40, of 932 Guy Heavner Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 5 with one count each of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and parole violation. A $15,000 bond was set.
  • Lindsay Hope Neal, 30, of 3543 Oakdale Dr. in Crouse was charged Nov. 5 with one count each of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor child abuse and possession of schedule II controlled substance. A $25,000 bond was set.
  • Georgette Marie Braswell, 40, of 5091 Crouse Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 5 with one count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $10,000 bond was set.
  • Scott Elliott Campbell, 47, of 4156 River Rd. in Hickory was charged Nov. 5 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession by a felon of firearms. A $25,000 bond was set.
  • Davon Mitrel Sellers, 32, of 2253 Rose St. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 5 with one count of failure to comply.
  • Charles Kenneth Burdett, Jr., 39, of 518 Lee Ave. in Bessemer City was charged Nov. 5 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Jackie Goodson, 54, of 3442 Country Acres Dr. in Maiden was charged Nov. 5 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
  • Courtney Lynn Mateka, 22, of 7826 East Berkeley Rd. in Denver was charged Nov. 5 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Ronnie Brady, 57, of 1053 Choyce Ave. in Charlotte was charged Nov. 5 with one count of failure to appear.
  • Crystal Jones Hubbard, 35, of 408 S. D. Avenue in Maiden was charged Nov. 5 with one count of larceny. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Bobby Dean Armstrong, 72, of 7618 Sifford Rd. in Stanley was charged Nov. 5 with one count of abuse, neglect and exploit of a disabled or elderly adult. A $100,000 bond was set.
  • Mitchell Stan Forejt, 24, of 210 Wood St., 36E, of Mt. Holly was charged Nov. 5 with one count of non-support of family. A $1,500 bond was set.
