The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests and criminal charges for October 30, 2015 through November 2, 2015:
- Damien Ryan Bigham, 31, of 2586 Holbrook Rd., 203 in Fort Mill, S.C. was charged Oct. 30 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
- Johnathon David Verbos, 21, of 1832 Cameron Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 30 with three counts of probation violation.
- Melissa Dawn Faucett, 41, of 4448 Old Plank Rd. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 30 with one count of failure to appear.
- Marvin Taylor Hill, 20, of 306 SD Ave. in Catawba was charged Oct. 30 with one count of failure to appear.
- Shamaine Antwan Edwards, 33, of 201 Massapoag Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 30 with one count of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to manufacture. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Connie Doss Stanberry, 38, of 321 Electra Ln. in Stanley was charged Oct. 30 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Alishia Leonda Mayfield, 30, of 2800 S. Tryon St. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 30 with one count each of generally breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession stolen goods. A $5,000 secured was set.
- Ronald Adam Scoggins, 35, of 506 Pointer Rd. in Forest City was charged Oct. 30 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of a prohibited weapon by a felon. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Jordan Lee Abee, 25, of 2670 Sentry Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 31 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Audie Eugene Prestwood, II, 22, of 5164 Flay Rd in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 31 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.
- Michael Kale Childers, 28, of 2724 Saint Marks Church Rd. in Crouse was charged Oct. 31 with one count of assault on a female.
- Van Kirk Goode, 42, of 360 Glenn Oaks Apt., A, in Gastonia was charged Nov. 1 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $9,000 secured bond was set.
- Allicia May Murphy, 26, of 7844 Deer Track Dr. in Denver was charged Nov. 1 with four counts of failure to appear and one count of driving while license revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Tyrus Tyrone McLean, 35, of 4448 Old Plank Rd. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 1 with one count each of injury to personal property and injury to real property. An $800 secured bond was set.
- Terry Michael Gragg, Jr., 49, of 2067 Bison Tr. in Maiden was charged Nov. 2 with one count of possession and distribution of a meth precursor.
- Amy Lynn Carver, 37, of 704 Airline Ext. in Shelby was charged Nov. 2 with two counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 bond was set.
- Jeffrey Shawn Helton, 53, of 670 Amity Church Rd. in Iron Station was charged Nov. 2 with one count of weapon possession of firearms by a felon. A $10,000 unsecured bond was set.
- Brandon Lashan Lineberger, 27, of 336 Pine Ave. in Cherryville was charged Nov. 2 with three counts of felony breaking and entering a building.
- Christopher Alan Townsend, 34, of 3536 Majestic View in Lenoir was charged Nov. 2 with two counts of failure to appear. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Trina Jeanette Russell, 34, of 2740 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Nov. 2 with one count each of generally breaking or entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretenses. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- Harley Dean Huffstetler, 22, of 2036 Hwy. 150 in Crouse was charged Nov. 2 with one count of probation violation.
- Evan Lee Knowles, 19, of 6719 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged Nov. 2 with one count each of resist, delay or obstruction of a public officer, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and four counts of failure to appear. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
- Caitlin Rhae Peeler, 24, of 6719 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged Nov. 2 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, resist delay or obstruction of a public officer, failure to comply and two counts of failure to appear. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Joshua Jeffrey Leonhardt, 29, of 6291 Hwy. 27 W in Vale was charged Nov. 2 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support.
