The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Askari Jawad Johnson, 37, of 2806 Devine Rd. in Iron Station was charged Mar. 20 with one count each of felon possessing a firearm, trafficking in opium or heroin, possession of scheduled VI controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, maintain dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance, possession of scheduled II controlled substance with the intent to manufacture and two counts each of conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $100,000 secured bond was set.
- Kenin Nicole Anzalone, 33, of 2806 Devine Rd. in Iron Station was charged Mar. 20 with two counts of conspiracy and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
- Kalob Ryan Pegram, 19, of 172 A St. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with two counts of penalties of attempt and conspiracy and six counts each of failure to appear and conspiracy to sell/deliver MDPV.
- Ashley Reid Bigham, 32, of 2534 E. NC 150 Hwy. 14E. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with one count of accessory after the fact felony. A $200,000 secured bond was set.
- Marcus Eugene Anderson, 36, of 748 Hatchett Rd., 10 in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 21 with one count of communicating threats. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
- Billy Joe Drum, 43, of 4065 Biggerstaff Rd. in Maiden was charged Mar. 21 with one count of domestic violence protective order violation. A $15,000 bond was set.
- Joseph Russell Dyal, 30, of 989 Rufus Rd. in Denver was charged Mar. 21 with one count of failure to comply. A $437.50 cash bond was set.
- Jennifer Walker Blake, 32, of 1886 Tin Mine Rd. in Lincolnton was charged March 21 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support.
- George Buddy Barlowe, 50, of 100 Ann Gaither Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 21 with one count each of failure to appear and misdemeanor larceny. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Samuel Robin Tallent, 60, of 2123 Cansler Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 21 with three counts each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule III controlled substance, selling meth and delivering meth. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
