The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Tod Jaa Dazu-Juan Tilley, 31, of 122 Jay Dr. in Taylorsville was charged Mar. 17 with one count of non-support of family. A $550 bond was set.
- Dustin Allen Moore, 42, of 1201 Betterbrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 17 with one count of failure to appear. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- Brandon Lee Grigg, 25, of 5635 Reepsville Rd in Vale was charged Mar.17 with one count each of possession of controlled drugs, equipment/paraphernalia and possession of marijuana exceeding ½ oz. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Dayson John Haas, 35, of 1311 Clarence Beam Rd. in Cherryville was charged Mar. 17 with two counts of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Summer Tonette Abernathy, 36, of 1204-1 Marys Grove Church Rd in Cherryville was charged Mar. 18 with count of driving while impaired. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Michael Vincent Canipe, 25, of 1523 S NC 16 Business Hwy. in Stanley was charged Mar. 18 with one count of failure to appear.
- Brian Keith McDonald, 50, of 2628 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 18 with one count of assault on a female.
- Paulnique Eli Earl, 25, of 945 N College St. in Charlotte was charged Mar. 18 with one count each of receiving or transferring stolen vehicles, larceny, possessing stolen goods, resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer, assault on a government official and failure to appear. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Ashley Reynolds Clinton, 30, of 1150 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 18 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- John Wayne Goins, 45, of 1787 Cat Square Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 18 with one count of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Elizabeth Michele Bailey, 32, of 5504 Bill Sain Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 19 with one count each of speeding and driving while license are suspended or revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Chad Allen Bullis, 33, of 4829 S NC 127 Hwy. in Hickory was charged Mar. 19 of one count each of driving while impaired, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Roger Lee Parker, 28, of 2509 South Point Rd. in Belmont was charged Mar. 20 with two counts of possession of a scheduled II controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
- Ashley Christine Brown, 28, of 2509 South Point Rd. in Belmont was charged Mar. 20 with two counts of possession of a scheduled II controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
- Jonathan Rhyne Carpenter, 29, of 118 Creekside Rd. in Bessemer City was charged Mar. 20 with one count of failure to appear.
- Angelica Hope Peeler, 31, of 2878 Hannah Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with two counts of probation violation and one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- McKeller Carlos E., 47, of 428 King St. in Yadkinville was charged Mar. 20 with two counts of failure to appear.
- Bobbi Jo Towery, 40, of 318 Lee Ave. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
- Harry Robert Jacks, 55, of 609 S Grove St. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with one count of contempt of court/violating orders of the court.
- William Dale Carte, Jr., 57, of 1231 River Hill Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with one count of assault on a female.
- Christopher Alvin Sanford, Jr., 47, of 802 E Sumner St. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with one count of true bill of indictment.
- Ashley Nicole Bingham, 22, of 1715 Maple Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 20 with one count of domestic criminal trespassing. A $500 bond was set.
- Dontray Antonio Pharr, 19, of 2117 Sebastiani Dr. in Charlotte was charged Mar. 20 with one count each of felony breaking and entering of a building, larceny after breaking and entering and misdemeanor larceny. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
- Mandi Uriah Smith, 39, of 2806 Devine Rd. in Iron Station was charged Mar. 20 with one count each of trafficking in opium or heroin, possession of scheduled VI controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, felon possessing a firearm, possession of scheduled IV controlled substance, maintaining dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance, possession of scheduled II controlled substance with the intent to manufacture and two counts each of conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $100,000 secured bond was set.
