The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Sara J. Thompson, 39, of 3026 N Highway 16 in Denver was charged Mar. 22 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Maurice Antoine Nichols, 35, of 310 Woodside Dr. of Kings Mountain was charged Mar. 22 with one count of burning of personal property. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- Eric Bernard Ramseur, 45, of 1805 Tomes Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 22 with one count of civil order of arrest for child support. A $200 cash bond was set.
- Tameral Margaret Roberts, 39, of 1616 baby Bears Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 22 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation.
- Jimi Chalee Harkey, 29, of 7497 Palmtree Dr. in Vale was charged Mar. 22 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
- Kaitlin Victoria Greene, 23, of 178 Cowens Ford Rd. in Stanley was charged Mar. 22 with one count each of failure to appear and fraud- identity theft. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Jose Refugio Renteria, 57, of 1757 Peeler Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 23 with one count of contributing to the delinquency and neglect by parents/other. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
- Baron Gerod Charles, 24, of 976 Horseshoe Lake Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 23 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
- Crystal Marie Prevatt, 24, of 845 Great Dane Ave. in Iron Station was charged Mar. 23 with one count of a general misdemeanor of child abuse. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Jodi Towery Hotchkiss, 48, of 156 Finger St. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 23 with one count each of communicating threats and second degree trespassing.
- Ryan Gregory Smith, 22, of 7225 Price Pt. in Denver was charged Mar. 23 with one count each of resisting delay/ obstructing a public officer and displaying expired registration plate. A $1,000 secured bond.
- Devin Jarrell Mccorkle, 31, of 1116 Lincoln St. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 23 with one count of probation violation.
- Natasha Ann White, 38, of 5865 Flay Rd. in Cherryville was charged Mar. 23 with one count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a schedule III controlled substance.
- Tina Marie Williams, 26, of 7835 S. Sangamon St. in Chicago was charged Mar. 23 with one count of possession or manufacture of certain fraudulent forms of identification. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Jamie Thorne Fox, 27, of 2631 Keener Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 23 with one count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and using drug equipment/paraphernalia, Four counts of maintaining dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance and six counts of conspiracy to sell or deliver marijuana. A $9,999 secured bond was set.
- John Dean Avery, 31, of 3127 Dave Heafner Rd. in Crouse was charged Mar. 23 with one count of false information to an officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Johnny Lee Finadis, 69, of 5852 Aster Ln. in Stanley was charged Mar. 24 with one count of failure to appear.
- Aundra Terence Blakeney, 56, of 3838 Tuckasegee Rd. in Charlotte was charged Mar. 24 with one count of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Edward Craig, 59, of 3500 Darby Ave. in Charlotte was charged Mar. 24 with one count of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Wayne Curtis Cogdell, 37, of 7613 Roxboro Ln. in Stanley was charged Mar. 25 with one charge indecent liberties with a child. A $100,000 secured bond was set.
- Paul Derek Pierce, 39, of 1984 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 25 with one charge of parole violation.
- James Matthew Ferro, 44, of 637 Bishs Way. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 25 with one charge of communicating threats. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Dennis Nelson Arquiett, 35, of 4874 Maggie Dr. in Hickory was charged Mar. 25 with one count of non-support of family and two counts of probation violation. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Eladio Broca, 31, of 214 Falconview Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 26 with one count of driving while impaired. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Kevin Dewayne Bruce, 32, of 2401 Myrtle Ave. in Gastonia was charged Mar. 26 with one count each of civil order of arrest for child support and non-supporting of family. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
- Alyssa Shay Harris, 27, of 1936 Beth Haven Church Rd. in Denver was charged Mar. 26 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. a $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Logan Bryant Devine, 23, of 2582 Wallace Acres Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 27 with four counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with the intent to manufacture and eight counts each of attempt and conspiracy penalties, selling or delivering a schedule I controlled substance and maintain or dwelling a vehicle for controlled substance.
- Jon Clayton Willet, 37, of 650 Barrett Ridge Ln. in Taylorsville was charged Mar. 27 with one count each of possession/manufacturing a weapon of mass death/ destruction and possession/selling/buying a gun with an altered serial number. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
