- The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Angela Lingerfelt Juarez, 44, of 3299 Gastonia Hwy. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 16 with one count of continuing criminal enterprise and two counts of failure to appear. A $15,000 secured bond was set. - Jarvis Leonard Miller, 32, of 3496 Woodstream Dr. in Maiden was charged Mar. 16 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, display of fictitious registration plate and driving with a revoked license. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
- Marshall Ray Reeves, 28, of 1467 Depot St. in Iron Station was charged Mar. 16 with one count of concealment of merchandise. An $800 secured bond was set.
- Christopher Lee Hayes, 43, of 4355 Plateau Rd. in Newton was charged Mar. 16 with one count each of failure to appear, resisting/delaying/obstructing a police officer and possession of a scheduled II controlled substance. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Chasta Alaine Buff, 34, of 2006 Peeler Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 16 with one count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of selling/delivering a schedule II controlled substance. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- John Keith McMahan, 40, of 6489 Denver Heights Cir. was charged Mar. 16 with one count of domestic criminal trespassing and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
- Joshua Lee Herron, 26, of 807 S. Ingleside Farm Rd. in Iron Station was charged Mar. 16 with one count of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Brent Justin Day, 38, of 2123 Cansler Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 16 with three counts each of possession with intent to manufacture, selling or distributing a schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining dwelling and/or vehicle for a controlled substance. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
- Brent Shaun Heavner, 32, of 6913 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 16 with one count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, intoxicated and disruptive, possession/selling of alcohol without a permit, carrying concealed weapons, resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer and first degree trespassing. An $800 secured bond as set.
- Dustin Everet Wayne Stallings, 23, of 322 Armstrong Cir. in High Shoals was charged Mar. 17 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer and possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce.
- Brittany Danielle Stallings, 22, of 322 Armstrong Cir. in High Shoals was charged Mar. 17 with one count of possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Kenneth Leroy Lail, 44, of 3858 Clay St. in Claremont was charged Mar. 17 with one count of forgery of securities. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Eric Douglas Goode, 43, of 2995 Wonderland Ln. in Conover was charged Mar. 17 with one count each of obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, forgery of bank notes, uttering a forged instrument, resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
- Nathaniel Rolland Gilbo, 28, of 502 W. School St. in Maiden was charged Mar. 17 with one count each of second degree trespassing, communicating threats and a civil order arrest for child support.
- Brandon Dewayne Watts, 24, of 7632 Katherine Dr. in Denver was charged Mar. 17 with one count of injury to personal property.
- Alceon Monique Currence, 23, of 2 Cobb St. in Lincolnton was charged Mar. 17 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- David Benny Randall, 40, of 8285 N. Hebron Church Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 17 with one count each of resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer and interfering with emergency communication. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
