The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Jeremy Neal McDougal, 26, of 161 Village View Dr., 217 in Mooresville was charged on Feb. 25 with one count each of felony breaking and entering building, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Rebekah Larae Arney, 23, of 966 County Home Dairy Rd. in Conover was charged on Feb. 26 with one count of public assist.
- Ahmed Mahmoud Atia, 29, of 2439 Hwy 182 in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 26 with failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Miguel Angel Cantu Rodriguez, 32, of 316 E Indiana Ave in Bessemer City was charged on Feb. 26 with one count each of possession of control substance with intent to manufacture schedule II and carrying concealed weapons.
- David Jerome Ellis, 33, of 1026 W Nc 27 Hwy in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 26 with one count of communicating threats.
- Jeffery Ray Sigmon, 48, of 200 Pinewood Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 26 with one count each of aggravated assault on handicapped person and assault inflicting serious injury. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- Amanda Lynn Hale, 32, of 7604 Antlers Ln, 2 in Charlotte was charged on Feb. 26 with one count of assault inflicting serious injury.
- Michael Edward Gwaltney Jr., 40, of 3608 Old Monroe Rd. in Matthews was charged on Feb. 26 with three counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- William David Anders, 27, of 2808 Oail Ave in Gastonia was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of unauthorized use of motor vehicle. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
- Roger Wayne Smith, 40, of 2902 Gates Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 27 with two counts of selling or delivering control substance schedule I and one count of possession of control substance with intent to manufacture schedule II. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- Kai David Kohler, 52, of 6789 W Nc 27 Hwy in Vale was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of failure to comply. A $315 cash bond was set.
- Tracy Eugene Robinson, 44, of 2371 Sweet Pea Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of assault by pointing a gun.
- Bobbi Jo Towery, 40, of 308 Lee Avenue in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 27 with one count each of larceny and first degree trespassing.
- Walter Ray Linebarger Jr., 52, of 6434 Little Mountain Rd. in Sherrills Ford was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $400 cash bond was set.
- Katrina Smith Cash, 40, of 2371 Sweet Pea Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of assault by pointing gun.
- Christopher Neil Chastain, 29, of 700 John Howell Memorial Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of malicious conduct by prisoner and two counts of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Shelby Lynn Harris, 25, of 6399 Tyco Meadows Ln. in Iron Station was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of larceny and possession of stolen goods.
- Ronald Lee Hoyle Sr., 44, of 2337 Johnstown Rd. in Crouse was charged on Feb. 27 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation.
- Tiffany Maynor Goins, 36, of 1200 Betterbrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 28 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- Billy Joe Reynolds, 47, of 509 Crouse Rd. in Crouse was charged on Feb. 28 with one count of continuing criminal enterprise. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- Kizzie Kachete Gaither, 28, of 2928 Range Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 28 with one count of failure to appear.
- Emily Ashley Higgins, 18, of 7867 Sedgebrook Dr. E. in Stanley was charged on Feb. 28 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Lilly Grace Minton, 18, of 5822 Mundy Rd. in Denver was charged on Feb. 28 with one count each of communicating threats, battery of unborn child, and two counts of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Elizabeth Michele Bailey, 32, of 5504 Bill Sain Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 28 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation.
- Jeffrey Michael Delaney, 39, of 6518 Burnhurst Ln. in Denver was charged on Feb. 28 with one count of communicating threats.
- Mason Ramon Coto, 22, of 726 Bert Yarbro Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 28 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Richard Harlond Fuller II, 24, of 591 Polo Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 1 with one count each of preparation to commit burglary or housebreakings and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Crystal Lynn Dellinger, 46, of 493 Lineberger Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 1 with one count of failure to appear.
- Kenneth Ray Caldwell III, 32, of 120 Lansdale Ave in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 1 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
- Robert Michael Burton Sr., 62, of 931 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 1 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
- Tommie Austin Price, 19, of 758 Spring Creek Dr. in Iron Station was charge don Mar. 1 with one count each of larceny, breaking or entering motor vehicle, and injury to personal property. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
- William Brandon Clinton, 32, of 823 Anthony Grove Rd. in Cherryville was charged on Mar. 2 with one count of driving while license revoked.
- Theresa White, 50, of 12492 Old White Horse Rd. in Travelers Rest was charged on Mar. 2 with one count of failure to appear.
- Robert James Nicholas, 37, of 1319 Broomsage Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 2 with one count each of first degree trespassing and misdemeanor breaking and entering.
- Mark Alexander Ross, 42, of 525 South Battle Ground Rd. in Grover was charged on Mar. 2 with one count of probation of violation. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- Joshua Michael McDaniel, 28, of 2186 Union Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 2 with one count of true bill of indictment. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- James Andrew Morgan, 48, of 321 Rosewood Ave. in Dallas was charged on Mar. 2 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
- Justin Lee Sheppard, 31, of 718 Louise Ave in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 2 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
