The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Jessica Michelle Cox, 27, of 1701 Furman of Kannapolis was charged on Mar. 3 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and second degree trespassing.
- Johnny Dwayne Allison, 41, of 3581 Jefferson Street in Sherrills Ford was charged on Mar. 3 with one count each of felony larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- David Nathaniel Neal, 34, of 1037 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 3 with one count of continuing criminal enterprise. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- Barbara Ann Sosa, 36, of 7159 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged on Mar. 3 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Linda McCombs Rogers, 43, of 125 Largo Dr. in Casar was charged on Mar. 3 with thirteen counts of financial identity fraud. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
- Thomas Ray McMurtrie, 30, of 306 S. Juniper St. in Kings Mountain was charged on Mar. 3 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II, possession of control substance schedule VI, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Michelle Antoinette Filchuck, 41, of 3291 Dave Heafner Rd. in Crouse was charged on Mar. 4 with one count of public assist.
- Candace Ann Coffey, 26, of 4630 Cherokee Dr. in Maiden was charged on Mar. 4 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Jalisa Nicole Jones, 24, of 4829 Spring Lake Dr., F in Charlotte was charged on Mar. 4 with two counts of forgery/fraud and one count of conspiracy. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- James Alfred Rhyne, 33, of 1489 Goldrock Trl in Maiden was charged on Mar. 4 with one count each of possession of control substance with intent to manufacture schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, accessory after the fact, common law obstruction of justice, and weapon possessed by felon of prohibited firearms. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- Ty Frolain Beam, 38, of 2218 Nc 274 Hwy in Cherryville was charged on Mar. 5 with one count of worthless check.
- Tiffany Goins Curtis, 42, of 2192 Swanson Rd. in Crouse was charged on Mar. 5 with one count each of resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer, using drug equipment or paraphernalia, and financial identity fraud. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Jonathan Thomas Hefner, 23, of 3627 Bridal Path Dr. in Vale was charged on Mar. 5 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule VI, Malicious Conduct by prisoner, resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of control substance schedule II.
- Tritavious Queyshon Downing, 22, of 1888 Oak Hollow Rd. in Gastonia was charged on Mar. 5 with one count of felony larceny. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Justin Dru Bragg, 30, of 3125 Bittersweet Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 5 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule I, possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule II. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
- Michael Anthony Lamacchia, 31, of 645 Eaker Rd. in Kings Mountain was charged on Mar. 5 with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule III. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Robbie Dean Scronce, 42, of 718 Louise Av, A in Lincolnton was charged on Mar. 5 with one count of driving while license suspended or revoked.
- Tondrick Laquinta Robinson, 32, of 504 E Peachtree St., A in Dallas was charged on Mar. 5 with one count each of no financial responsibility, driving while license suspended or revoked, displaying expired registration plate, felon possessing firearm, and manufacture or possession of weapon of mass death or destruction.
