The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Douglas Glenn Queen Jr., 27, of 902 Tower Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 21 with one count of misdemeanor larceny.
- James Randolph Farris, 35, of 624 N Poplar St. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 21 with one count each of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, obtaining signatures by false pretenses, and three counts of probation violation.
- Joshua Alan Courry, 32, of 527 W Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 21 with one count each of abandonment or nonsupport of child and probation violation. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Travis Deloe Legette, 40, of 4763 Sarah Elizabeth Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 21 with one count each of communicating threats and second degree trespassing.
- Melissa Brooke Page, 33, of 495 Rainey Dr. in Spring Lake was charged on Feb. 22 with one count of non-support family. A $1,250 cash bond was set.
- Teresa Louise Dellinger, 46, of 1043 Cedar Grove Church Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 22 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule III, maintaining dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, selling or delivering control substance schedule II, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule II. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Jerry Norman Vancise Jr., 40, of 1043 Cedar Grove Church Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 22 with two counts of selling or delivering control substance schedule IV and one count of possession with manufacturing, selling or distributing control substance schedule II. A $25,000 bond was set.
- Phillip Wayne Vrchota, 34, of 169 Pinewood Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 22 with one count of indecent liberties with child. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
- Joshua Thomas Carpenter, 26, of 1043 Cedar Grove Church Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 22 with one count of driving while license revoked.
- William Elton Patterson, 45, of 1338 Clarence Beam Rd. in Cherryville was charged on Feb. 22 with three counts each of possession of control substance with intent to manufacture schedule II, selling or delivering control substance schedule Ii, and maintaining dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance. A $40,000 bond was set.
- Micheal Andrew Reinhardt, 27, of 2628 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 22 with three counts of probation violation, two counts of failure to appear, one count each of larceny from person, simple assault on handicapped person, breaking and entering railroad cars or other motor vehicles, and larceny. A $7,000 bond was set.
- Michele Lee Vance, 30, of 6805 Holly Hawk Ct. in Cherryville was charged on Feb. 22 with two counts of possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia and one count of possession of control substance schedule II. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
- Richard Bryan Dawkins E, 37, of 2320 Devine Rd. in Iron Station was charged on Feb. 22 with one count of injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Anna Logan Maldonado, 20, of 152 Millers Park Ln. in Vale was charged on Feb. 22 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Kylie Brooke Wilson, 25, of 383 Franks Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 22 with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, one count each of conspiracy, possession of marijuana exceeding ½ oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of control substance schedule IV, felony breaking and entering building, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, and injury to real property. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Teddy Dean Allen, 48, of 536 Lincoln View Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 22 with one count of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age.
- Timothy Dale Griffith, 42, of 5805 Boxer Dr. in Iron Station was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of misdemeanor larceny.
- Matthew Brent White, 20, of 879 Lakeland Av. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of communicating threats, resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer, injury to real property, and injury to personal property. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Charles Anthony Cook, 30, of 416 Mcbrayer St. in Shelby was charged on Feb. 23 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- James Robert Jones, 22, of 2567 Peeler Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 23 with two counts of failure to comply. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
- Sheneka McNeill, 39, of 7325 Sterling Haven, F in Charlotte was charged on Feb. 23 with one count each of hit and run property damage, driving while impaired, and two counts of driving while license revoked.
- Austin Shane McCutcheon, 18, of 123 Oakhill St. in Denver was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of failure to appear. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
- Devon Eugene Reedy, 23, of 2418 Sun Valley Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of continuing criminal enterprise. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Joylynn Rejean Jones, 29 of 113 Auton St. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Megan Elizabeth Campos, 35, of 1043 Cedar Grove Church Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 23 with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule II and three counts of selling or delivering control substance schedule II. A $20,000 bond was set.
- George William Harris Jr., 31, of 1484 Timberhill Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of contributing to the delinquency and neglect by parents or others. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Joshua Thomas Carpenter, 26, of 1043 Cedar Grove Church Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 23 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II and civil order for arrest of child support. A $5,000 bond and $600 cash bond was set.
- Misty Lea Stover, 37, of 1550 Buck Oak Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 23 with one count of second degree trespassing.
- Amber Leigh Tyler, 20, of 1405 Larry Davis Rd. in Lawndale was charged on Feb. 24 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Ann Marie Andrews, 47, of 2024 Willis Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 24 with one count of simple assault and battery of affray. A $1,000 bond was set.
- James Wesley martin, 21, of 2751 Landers Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 24 with one count each of altering, destroying, or removing ID marks of personal property, possession of stolen goods, possession of drug paraphernalia, and open container prohibited for driver. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
- Jacob Michael Atkinson, 39, of 5805 Boxer Dr. in Iron Station was charged on Feb. 24 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Miranda Danielle Darty, 30, of 508 W Main St. Ext in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 24 with three counts of true bill of indictment.
- Michael Wayne Hight, 46, of 217 E Parkwood St. in Stanley was charged on Feb. 24 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,500 cash bond was set.
- Steven Shane Hulette, 33, of 1266 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 24 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and first degree trespassing.
- Albert William Smith, 29, of 4097 Whitener Dr. Apt. C in Hickory was charged on Feb. 24 with one count each of true bill of indictment, simple assault and battery or affray, and communicating threats. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Johnathon Scott Stickland, 23, of 576 Calvary Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 24 with one count each of resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer, assault on female by male over 18 years of age and two counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Jarkevius Travo Sanders, 23, of 130 Mauney Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 24 with one count of probation violation.
- David Lee Walton Jr., 34, of 2721 Wet Stone Way, 301 in Charlotte was charged on Feb. 24 with six counts of failure to appear, one count each of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana up to ½ oz, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
- James Norman Merriam, 39, of 2485 Swanson Rd. in Crouse was charged on Feb. 24 with failure to appear on the following charges: five counts of possession with intent to manufacture control substance schedule III, four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, 3 counts each of identity theft trafficking in stolen identities, habitual felon, two counts each of felon possessing firearms, possession of control substance schedule II, one count each of conspiring traffic amphetamine, resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer, first degree trespassing, and breaking or entering motor vehicle.
- Megan Smith Ray, 30, of 115 Blue Tick Ln. in Dallas was charged on Feb. 25 with one count each of failure to appear and possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Caitlyn Marie Simons, 23, of 2213 Chatham St. in Newton was charged on Feb. 25 with one count of possession of control substance schedule I. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Amy Renee Reep, 38, of 3077 Hamelett Dr. in Claremont was charged on Feb. 25 with one count each of breaking or entering motor vehicle, larceny, and possession of control substance schedule IV. A $7,500 secured bond was set.
- Felicia Case Finandis, 55, of 5852 Aster Ln. in Stanley was charged on Feb. 25 with one count of harassing phone call.
- Sharon Hayes Elliot, 55, of 3858 Anchor Ln. in Denver was charged on Feb. 25 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation.
