Timothy Samuel Bryan, 56, of 732 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 14 with one count each of left of center and driving while impaired.
Wilbert Dean Smith, 49, of 843 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 14 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support.
Cody Wayne Hicks, 23, of 207 Foster St. in Cherryville was charged Aug. 14 with one count each of communicating threats, domestic violence protective order violation, cyberstalking and harassing or obscene phone call and three counts of injury to personal property. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
Brad David Shults, 37, of 341 Sunny Hill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 14 with one count each of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of controlled drugs, equipment or paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, assault by strangulation and felony breaking and entering a building. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
Hector Quiroz, 39, 5052 Grigg Rd. in Vale was charged Aug. 14 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500,000 bond was set.
