Criminal charges for July 6, 2015.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Roger Allen Haga, 55, of 1795 Amy Dr. in Lincolnton was charged July 2 with one count of communicating threats. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Connie Louise Stokes, 31, of 1401 Highland Bluff Ct., B, in Lincolnton was charged July 2 with one count of communicating threats. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dreamer Lena Haga, 49, of 1795 Amy Dr. in Lincolnton was charged July 2 with one count of communicating threats. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • James Dean Turner, II, 42, of 678 St. Petersburg Ln. in Fort Mill was charged July 2 with one count of possession of a control substance on premises of penal institution or local. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jason Kinsley Engle, 34, of 6584 Deerwood Tr. in Vale was charged July 2 with one count each of first degree trespassing and communicating threats. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Karen Kay Lee, 54, of 6101 Sandal Creek Ln. in Denver was charged July 2 with two count of communicating threats. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dakota James Lee, 23, of 6101 Sandal Creek Ln. in Denver was charged July 2 with one count each of violation of restrictions on release order and communicating threats. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Neil Brian Carpenter, 42, of 7563 Segeebrook Dr. W in Stanley was July 2 with three counts of failure to appear.
  • Denita Deaton Edington, 37, of 1637 Roseland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged July 2 with one count each of failure to appear and hit and run property damage. A $500 secured bond was set.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • John Jefferson Wilson, 26, of 6632 Lineberger Rd. in Denver was charged July 3 with one count each of failure to appear and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A $300 secured bond was set.
  • Michael David Orgeron, 18, of 285 Hill Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 3 with one count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possessing controlled drugs, equipment or paraphernalia.
  • Dion Albert Torrence, 35, of 2573 Crab Apple Tr. in Denver was charged July 3 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession of cocaine. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Ricky Dean Smith, 45, of 122 Double Shoal Rd., 5 in Shelby was charged July 3 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.

Timothy Allen Hart, 57, of 872 Tower Rd. in Vale was charged July 9 with one count of public assist.

Kristal Lynn Cruz, 35, of 1107 Bexley Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count of fugitive from justice.

Sieberen Alex Keuning, 39, of 602 Johnson St. in Maiden was charged July 9 with one count each of interfering with emergency communication, battery of unborn child and assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Barry Stanley, 51, of 2770 Parker Rd. in Maiden was charged July 9 with one count of larceny by servants and other employees.

Dana Wilson Johnson, 43, of 3199 Loomis St. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count each of possession of a schedule II and schedule IV controlled substance, possession of controlled substance drugs, equipment or paraphernalia and no operator license. A $15,000 secured bond was set.

Phillip Tyler Franklin, 22, of 4092 Providence Rd. in Maiden was charged July 9 with one count each of first degree trespassing, misdemeanor larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

Richard Earl Helms, 50, of 308 Sunny Hill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.

Timothy Brian Rose, 38, of 7220 Lingerfelt Rd. in Vale was charged July 9 with one count each of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age, misdemeanor breaking and entering, injury to personal property, cyberstalking and harassing or obscene phone call.

Jihad Kenlaw, 31, of 2401 Celia Ave. 4, in Charlotte was charged July 9 with one count each of possession of a schedule II and schedule VI controlled substance and display of fictitious registration plate. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Robert Anthony Douglas, 23, of 1992 Cardinal Loop in Stanley was charged July 9 with one count of statutory rape or sex offence of a 13, 14 or 15 year old by a defendant six years older. A $300,000 bond was set.

A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Jason Lee Fredell, 34, of 1072 Dorset Ln. in Lincolnton was charged August 10 with one count of failure to notify change of address or sex offender and two counts of probation violation. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

Jared Mark Boone, 19, of 4596 Warrior Rd. in Vale was charged August 10 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 bond was set.
