Criminal Charges — 9-30-15

Criminal charges for September 30, 2015.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Timothy Edgar Alexander, 38, of 3634 Gladden Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 24 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tiffany Elaine Cox, 46, of 3506 Orchard Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 24 with two counts of probation violation. A $60,000 bond was set.
• Brent Shaun Heavner, 31, of 6913 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 24 with one count of resist, delay and obstruction of a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Jimmy L. Brooks, 60, of 303 Hershel Lackey Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 24 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,450 cash bond was set.
• Bobby Joe Shaw, II, 30, of 3395 Loop Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 24 with one count each of failure to appear, misdemeanor larceny, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Candice Marie Cooper, 23, of 319 North Boyce in Gastonia was charged Sept. 24 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule II controlled substance, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. A $20,000 bond was set.
• Larry Antwan Chambers, 34, of 332 Lowl and Dairy Rd. in Mt. Holly with one count each of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule II controlled substance and conspiracy. A $75,000 bond was set.
• Patrick Loy Little, Jr., 32, of 8010 Mountain Shore Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged Sept. 24 with one count each of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, selling or delivering a schedule II controlled substance, conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. A $60,000 bond was set.
• Christopher O’Bryan Adams, 29, of 1036 Ashwood Ct. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 24 with one count each of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. A $30,000 bond was set.
• Johnny Lee Farley, 19, of 4505 Healthy Trl, 25, in Conover was charged Sept. 24 with two counts each of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age and communicating threats and one count each of misdemeanor child abuse and aggravated assault. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• David Austin Williams, 24, of 5337 Antler Dr. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 24 with one count of first degree trespassing.
• Jacob Lee Hilton, 23, of 133 Winding Trl. in Stanley was charged Sept. 25 with one count of conspiracy and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• Greg Alan Toth, 45, of 6704 Beam Lumber Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 25 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and first degree sexual offense. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Kara Lynne McDonald, 36, of 2610 Millpond Way in Concord was charged Sept. 25 with one count each of embezzlement of property by virtue of office or employment. A $7,500 secured bond was set.
• Danielle Renee Hendrix, 34, of 1302 Meadowland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 25 with one count of failure to comply. A $775 cash bond was set.
• Morgan Ellis, 20, of 818 N. Flint St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 25 with one count of misdemeanor larceny and possessing stolen goods.
• Rachel Gainey Borsello, 38, of 668 Jeff Kaylor Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 25 with one count each of felony aiding and abetting and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
• Nicholas Anthony Borsello, 33, of 668 Jeff Kaylor Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 25 with one count of possession of weapon by a felon. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
• Misty Parker Cornelius, 37, of 8084 Fairfield Forest Rd. in Denver was charged Sept. 25 with three counts of selling or delivering a schedule II controlled substance.
• James Robert Helms, 40, of 6016 Beam Lumber Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 25 with one count of probation violation.
• Bernard Issac Douthit, 41, of 3038 Ramseur St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 25 with one count of contempt of court or violating orders of court.
• Tasha Whitley Little, 30, of 2001 Emmanuel Church Rd. in Conover was charged Sept. 25 with one count of failure to appear. A $16,000 secured bond was set.
• Matthew Tyler Teague, 30, of 8231 Tom Smith Ave. in Connelly Springs was charged Sept. 26 with one count of felony breaking and entering a building.
• Antoine Durel Reid, 30, of 1463 Washington Ln. in Catawba was charged Sept. 26 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.
• Stephanie Diane Wray, 22, of 7030 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 26 with two count of felony breaking and entering a building, one count each of injury to real property, larceny after breaking and entering, possessing stolen goods and felony larceny. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
• Ronald Eassley Chapman, Jr., 49, of 288 Old Lincolnton Crouse Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 26 with one count of driving while impaired.
• Garry L. Sherer, 57, of 3374 Burgin Tr. in Alexis was charged Sept. 26 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
