Criminal charges for September 28, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Matthew William Clarke Green, 35, of 640 Jessteen Rd. in Bassette, Va. was charged Sept. 22 with one count of possession of controlled substance on premises of a penal institution. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Tabathy Jonel Moore, 41, of 949 Moorland Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 22 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Patricia Ann Stroupe, 52, of 2584 Southland Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 22 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support.
- Amber Danielle Scism, 32, of 2008 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 22 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possessing controlled drugs, equipment or paraphernalia. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Tammy Lynn Chapman, 26, of 111 Angel Ham St. in Mt. Holly was charged Sept. 22 with one count of larceny and three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $40,000 secured bond was set.
- Jamey Linn Crisco, 26, of 210 South Chester St., 108 in Gastonia was charged Sept. 22 with one count of failure to comply. A $535 cash bond was set.
- Shamaine Antwan Edwards, 33, of 6162 Castle Ct. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 22 with one count each of assault on a female and failure to appear.
- Kenneth Lee Piotrowski, 33, of 1242 Yam Mill Rd. in Shelby was charged Sept. 22 with one count each of assault on a female, communicating threats, assault on a minor under 12, injury to real property, domestic violence protective order and communicating threats.
- Bradley David Osborne, 46, of 1491 L. R. Schronce Ln. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 23 with one count of driving while license revoked and operating vehicle on highway without registration or expired. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Christopher Cole Baldwin, 18, of 3499 Sorrells Baxter Rd. in Cherryville was charged Sept. 23 with one count of probation violation. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Daniel Lee Rathbone, 37, of 1483 Rhodes Rhyne Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 23 with five counts of sexual exploitation to engage in sex with a minor. A $500,000 secured bond was set.
- Leslie Dawn Reynolds, 38, of 259 Suncrest Rd. in Cherryville was charged Sept. 23 with one count of misdemeanor breaking and entering a building.
- Joseph Kyle Morgan, Jr., 31, of 2419 Milton Ave. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 23 with two counts of conspiring to sell or deliver mephedrone. A $25,000 bond was set.
- Clinton William Carpenter, 31, of 7183 W. NC Hwy 27 in Vale was charged Sept. 23 with three counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Christopher Nathan Walton, 47, of 6447 Fallston Rd. in Lawndale was charged Sept. 23 with one count of failure to appear.
