Criminal charges for August 28, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- William Elton Patterson, 44, of 1338 Clarence Beam Rd. in Cherryville was charged Aug. 24 with one count each of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age and non-physical assault. A $1,000 bond was set.
- Thomas Richard Clark, 40, of 913 Lincoln St. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 24 with one count each of civil order for arrest for child support and communicating threats. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Brandon Jackson Kirby, 34, of 315 Ash St. in Lowell was charged Aug. 24 with two counts of felony breaking and entering a building and one count each of felony larceny and possessing stolen goods.
- Brian Wayne Owens, 51, of 204 Procter St. in Gastonia was charged Aug. 24 with one count of speeding.
- Kevin Gennaro Dunston, 27, of 2567 Lincoln Park St. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 24 with one count of civil order for arrest for child support.
- Howard Lee Weaver, Jr., 53, of 1658 Windy Holly Ln. in Newton was charged Aug. 24 with one count of larceny.
- Matthew Lynn Mullins, 39, of 729 Bess Chapel Church Rd. in Vale was charged Aug. 24 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Christopher Mark Conte, 24, of 802 S. D. Ave. in Maiden was charged Aug. 24 with one count of probation violation.
- Gregory Clifford Houser, 24, of 2403 Clemson Ln. in Stanley was charged Aug. 25 with one count each of assault on a female, assault with deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, second degree kidnapping, communicating threats and assault inflicting serious injury. A $75,000 bond was set.
- Carlos Raymundo Hernandez, 40, of 621 Studywood Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 25 with one count of assault on a female. A $500 bond was set.
- Jerrica Deaton, 28, of 4838 Gideon Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 25 with two counts of simple assault, simple assault and battery, or affray and one count of first degree trespassing.
- Jason Tony Ulibarri, 42, of 2225 Miller Woods Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 25 with one count of failure to appear.
- Patricia Lee Faw, 50, of 1211 Lakeland Ave. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 25 with one count of cyberstalking.
- Stephen Dwayne Gavin, 31, of 395 Narrow Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 25 with one count of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age.
- Michael Anthony Glaspey, 26, of 897 Mount Zion Church Rd. in Iron Station was charged Aug. 25 with one count each of resisting, delaying, obstructing a public officer, careless and reckless driving and hit and run property damage. A $2,800 secured bond was set.
- John Patrick Shepard, 46, of 3971 Koliha Ln. in Maiden was charged Aug. 25 with four counts of worthless check.
