Criminal charges for August 26, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Aletha Gail Rodriguez, 41, of 8003 Andover Creek Dr. in Charlotte was charged Aug. 21 with one count of probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Allen Michael Robinson, 27, of 319 Turner St. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 21 with one count each of driving while license revoked or disqualification non-support, all traffic and failure to appear. A $2,000 bond was set.
- Demory Jerquan Williams, 27, of 1448 John Lutz Cir. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 21 with one count of driving while impaired.
- Logan Daniel Heafner, 25, of 1258 Redding Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 21 with one count each of communicating threats, carrying concealed weapon while on own premises and second degree trespassing.
- Jacob Allen Houser, 20, of 1759 Hines Circle Rd. in Stanley was charged Aug. 21 with one count of assault with serious bodily injury. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- Jason Christopher Tadlock, 17, of 4796 Lynn Ln. in Iron Station was charged Aug. 21 with one count of failure to appear.
- Billie Bean, 27, of 271 Fern Forest Ct. in Fort Mill, S.C. was charged Aug. 21 with one count of failure to appear.
- Gregory Keith Borders, Jr., 21, of 2553 Woodland Hill Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 21 with one count each of obtaining property by false pretenses.
- Bryan Scott Hoyle, 26, of 2622 Smokey Dan Kennel Rd., in Vale was charged Aug. 21 with one count of driving while impaired.
- Jason Nathaniel Carr, 26, of 6537 White Oak Farm Rd. in Cherryville was charged Aug. 21 with one count each of probation violation and injury to real property. A $30,000 secured bond was set.
- Joseph Lee Rector, 22, of 107 West Boston Ave., in Bessemer City was charged Aug. 22 with one count each of possessing controlled drugs, equipment or paraphernalia and communicating threats. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Mickey Lee Sanders, 34, of 1855 Bill Lynch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Aug. 22 with one count each of possession of 5+ counterfeit instrument, obtaining property by false pretenses and non-support of family. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
- Donna Anderson, 42, of 3074 Hines Circle Rd. in Stanley was charged Aug. 22 with one count each of possessing stolen goods and larceny. An $800 secured bond was set.
- Francisco Javier Velasquez, 43, of 2332 Johnstown Rd. in Crouse was charged Aug. 22 with one count of assault on a female.
