The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Chadbourne Lee Dillard, 28, of 1539 Highland Bluff Ct. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 12 with one count of probation violation.
- Vonley Harold Woodruff II, 46, of 627 Polo Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 12 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.
- Kasey Lynn Earwood, 31, of 1123 Kelly Rd. in Mt. Holly was charged Oct. 12 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Kasey Michelle Williams, 18, of 2595 N. Aspen St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 12 with two counts of failure to appear.
- Burl Edwin Melton, 56, of 4029 Fish Hatchery Rd. in Morganton was charged Oct. 12 with one count of true bill of indictment. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- Timothy Wallace Smith. 24, of 5303 Amity Ln. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 12 with three counts of probation violation and one count of possession of a schedule I controlled substance. A $45,000 secured bond was set.
- Samantha Lee Jewell, 39, of 2445 Sun Valley Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 12 with two counts of probation violation. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- Jarvis Leonard Miller, 33, of 3496 Woodstream Dr. in Maiden was charged Oct. 13 with one count of failure to appear. A $500.00 secured bond was set.
- Robert Eugene Kinsler Jr., 32, of 768 Trinity Ln. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 13 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,610 cash bond was set.
- Sherome Lamar Wellman, 44, of 734 East Pine St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 13 with four counts each of larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Macsell Soto, 33, of 1835 Waterfalls Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 13 with one count of failure to appear.
- Dustin Thomas Rhodes, 33, of 3464 Dave Heafner Rd. in Crouse was charged Oct. 13 with three counts of failure to appear.
- Kenya Swinson, 22, of 606 Self St. in Cherryville was charged Oct. 14 with one count each of misdemeanor breaking and entering a building and first degree trespassing.
- Alexander Vidal, 48, of 4529 Turner Brothers Way was charged Oct. 14 with one count each of driving while license revoked, display expired registration plate, inspection vehicle equipment inspection required, false information to an officer and driving while impaired. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Roger Darrell Gabriel, 44, of 3616 Slanting Bridge Rd. in Sherrill’s Ford was charged Oct. 14 with one count each of driving while impaired, left of center and resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Shante Marie Heafner, 37, of 973 George Brown Rd. in Crouse was charged Oct. 14 with one count of injury to personal property.
- Osmin Arnulfo Lopez, 28, of 5719 Daybrook Ct. in Stanley was charged Oct. 14 with two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
