Criminal Charges— 9-15-17

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Loretta Wade, 43, of 2412 Nottingham Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of communicating threats.
  • Bradley Neal Duke, 53, of 2867 Hampton Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of communicating threats.
  • Tracy Lee Broome, 41, of 5937 Tynwald Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of failure to appear.
  • Brandon Scott Cecil, 34, of 1861 N. NC Hwy 16 Business in Denver was charged Sept. 6 with one count of sexual exploitation-permit minor to engage in sex.
  • Tomar Bloodworth, 19, of 210 S. 16th St. in Wilmington was charged Sept. 6 with one count of probation violation.
  • Sheila Ann Giffin, 48, of 2445 Nottingham Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count each of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possessing drug equipment/paraphernalia, general misdemeanor of child abuse, maintain a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance and manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Damien James White, 26, of 2335 Salem Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with one count of larceny of a motor vehicle. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.
  • Ashley Victoria Burrow, 26, of 3920 Orchard Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 6 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.
  • Joseph Daniel Miller, 43, of 192 Acacia Ave. in Biloxi was charged Sept. 6 with one count each of true bill of indictment and fugitive from justice.
  • Jimique Milton Montgomery, 21, of 1709 Silverberry Ct. in Charlotte was charged Sept. 6 with one count of carrying concealed weapons. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Joseph Daniel Miller, 43, of 192 Acacia Ave. in Biloxi, Miss. was charged Sept. 6 with one count of fugitive from justice.
  • Robert Shawn Columbia, 43, of 321 North Flint St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 6 with two counts of communicating threats; one count each of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age, assault with a deadly weapon, resisting/delaying/obstructing an officer.
  • Nicholas Ashton Gordon, 27, of 5770 Dachshund St, 2, in Iron Station was charged Sept. 6 with one count of carrying concealed weapons, possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Michael Anthony Long, 55, of 127 Longs Homestead Farm Rd. in Dallas was charged Sept. 6 with two counts of failure to appear and one count of driving while license revoked or suspended. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Jonathan Craig Smith Jr., 31, of 306 Old Lowesville Rd. in Stanley was charged Sept. 7 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, driving while license revoked, displaying a fictitious registration plate, larceny, injury to personal property, breaking and entering a vehicle/rail-road cars or other motor vehicles and possessing stolen goods. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • David Wayne Conn, 48, of 5665 King Wilkinson Rd. in Denver was charged Sept. 7 with two counts of true bill of indictment. A $100,000 secured bond was set.
  • Teresa L. Okeefe, 59, of 7942 Cherry Point Dr. in Denver was charged Sept. 7 with one count of failure to appear.
  • Harvey Eugene Boyd, 54, of 910 KL Pope Rd. in Mt. Holly was charged Sept. 7 with one count of failure to appear. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Heather Slaten, 40, of 2750 Jenkins Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one count of compulsory attendance law violation.
  • Candance Lea Graham, 37, of 545 Knollwood Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one count of simple assault/ battery & affray.
  • Jena Christine Bowers, 32, of 3987 Will Proctor St. in Denver was charged Sept. 7 with one count of injury to personal property.
  • Brandon Keith Maynor, 30, of 1210 BetterBrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one count each of possession with the intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintain a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
  • Richard Harlond Fuller II, 25, of 591 Polo Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 7 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Dakota Bret Hull, 23, of 655 Tallent Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 7 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
