Criminal charges for July 24, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- James Andrew Baker, Jr., 43, of 241 Frye Lane in Carthage was charged July 21 with one count of non-support of family.
- Jennifer Brooke Haston, 23, of 261 Bubbling Well Rd. in Denver was charged July 21 with one count of misdemeanor larceny.
- Jamie L C Cash, 42, of 158 Lantern Ridge Dr., 158, in Lincolnton was charged July 21 with one count of failure to appear.
- James Brian Cole, 52, of 245 Center St. in Cowpens, S.C. was charged July 21 with one count of driving while license revoked.
- James Hayes Woodard, Sr., 81, of 5414 Big Creek Hollar Rd. in Alexis was charged July 21 with one count each of second degree trespassing and larceny.
- Kierra Iquea Desmore, 20, of 2547 Fay Jones Rd. in Denver was charged July 21 with one count of first degree trespassing.
- Charles Jason Keener, 27, of 1944 Brevard Place Rd. in Iron Station was charged July 21 with one count of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Preston Ray Hinnant, 19, of 1380 John Lutz Cir. in Lincolnton was charged July 21 with one count of larceny from person. A $7,500 secured bond was set.
- Eron Valenciana Hernandez, 20, of 126 Deaton Ave. in Lincolnton was charged July 22 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Raymone Devine Flakes, 19, of 4199 Tuckaseegee Rd. in Charlotte was charged July 22 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- James Harding Clark, 39, of 770 Walker Branch Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 22 with one count of non-support of family. A $200 bond was set.
- Michael Shane Carver, 32, of 314 Charmwood Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 22 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods.
- Charles Jason Keener, 27, of 1944 Brevard Place Rd. in Iron Station was charged July 22 with one count of conspiring to sell or deliver MDPV. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
- Zachary Lynn Martin, 33, of 5832 Zion Hill Dr. in Morganton was charged July 22 with one count of non-support of family. A $750 bond was set.
- Rebecca Mae Patterson, 38, of 285 Del-mar Rd. in Lincolnton was charged July 22 with one count of failure to appear.
- Dwayne Fletcher Mayfield, 47, of 301 N. Lee St. in Mt. Holly was charged July 22 with one count each of sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule II controlled substance, sell, deliver or possession of a controlled substance within 1000 ft. of a park and attempt and conspiracy; penalties. A $15,000 cash bond was set.
- Ricky Dale Simonds, Jr., 38, of 111 E. Maryland Ave. in Bessemer City was charged July 22 with one count of first degree trespassing.
- John Thurley Adams, 45, of 8196 Charlotte Hwy. in Ft. Mill, S.C. was charged July 22 with one count of driving while impaired. A $726.50 secured bond was set.
- Jonathan Luke Parrish, 25, of 4885 Parnell Ridge Dr. in Walkertown was charged July 22 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and four counts of failure to appear.
- Shane Rashon Faw, 27, of 1211 Lakeland Av. in Lincolnton was charged July 22 with one count each of trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of prohibited firearms by a felon, possessing stolen goods, possession of a schedule IV control edsubstance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. An $81,500 bond was set.
- Travis Orlando Leach, 32, of 213 N. Highland St., B, in Gastonia was charged July 22 with one count of probation violation. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Johnny Eugene Day, 42, of 224 N. Lincoln St. in High Shoals was charged July 22 with one count of failure to comply and failure to appear. A $552.50 cash bond was set.
