The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Tracy Phillips Delux, 38, of 104 Woodcliff Dr. in Morganton was charged on July 22 with one count of possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Megan Serene Masoud, 27, of 104 Woodcliff Dr. in Morganton was charged on July 22 with two counts of true bill of indictment, one count each of identity theft trafficking in stolen identities, possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia, and possession of control substance schedule II. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Phillip Honore Johnson, 43, of 5949 E Nc 27 Hwy in Iron Station was charged on July 22 with one count of true bill of indictment. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Harley Michelle Hyde, 18, of 665 Loblolly Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on July 22 with one count of communicating threats.
  • Jerry Wayne Keever, 63, of 420 E. Church St. in Lincolnton was charged on July 22 with one count of stalking.
  • Darrian Dewayne Young, 21, of 8228 Hornwood Ct. in Charlotte was charged on July 22 with one count of failure to appear.
  • April Yvonne Muncy, 46, of 583 South Easy T1 in Stanley was charged on July 22 with one count each of felony breaking and entering building, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, and injury to real property. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Katelyn Lilian Houser, 26, of 1367 Hickory Nut Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on July 22 with two counts of probation violation. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • Renesha Sharmayne White, 23, of 1392 John Lutz Cr. in Lincolnton was charged on July 22 with one count of embezzlement property recreation by virtue of office or employment. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
