The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests and criminal arrests for October 23, 2015 through October 25, 2015:
- Phillip Jerome Horton, 48, of 5784 Daybrook Ct. in Stanley was charged Oct. 23 with one count each of simple assault and battery or affray, resist, delay or obstruct of public officer and contempt of court of violating orders or court. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Ryan McElrath, 19, of 1216 Wilma Sigmon Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count of cyberstalking.
- Jason Kane Tillman, 39, of 1859 Beaumont Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Amanda Denise Gibson, 36, of 211A Nassau Plaza in Mt. Holly was charged Oct. 23 with one count each of generally breaking and entering buildings, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing stolen goods. A $10,000 unsecured bond was set.
- Eric Bernal Calderon, 33, of 6714 Clyde Wehunt Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count of probation violation.
- Eddie Eugene Lowery, II, 42, of 7059 Old Plank Rd. in Stanley was charged Oct. 23 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray and resist delay and obstruction of public officers. A $3,000 bond was set.
- Jabriaun Dontah Anderson, 25, of 4905 Sunburst Lane in Charlotte was charged Oct. 23 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- David Michael Burnette, 53, of Oak Grove Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 bond was set.
- Jonathan Ray Bennett, 32, of 1976 Angus Tr. in Vale was charged Oct. 24 with one count of failure to appear. A $75 cash bond was set.
- Carlos Ferndo Gonzalez, 35, of 690 Hill Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 24 with one count of failure to appear.
- Anthony Scott Winn, 23, of 430 Beech St. in Gastonia was charged Oct. 24 with one count each of driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, tinted windows and possession of marijuana up to ½ oz.
- Tyler Joe Martin, 19, of 6260 Topaz Ln. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 24 with one count of shoplifting.
- Michael Steven Miller, 21, of 4119 Avalon Ave. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 24 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Byron D. Coleman, III, 26, of 7815 Lennoxshire Ln. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 25 with one count each of carrying concealed weapons, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. and fraud by identity theft.
- Joseph Alexander Alridge, 34, of 3346 Lee Lawing Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 25 with one count of failure to appear.
- Benjamin Michael Helms, 27, of 1870 Hunter Oaks Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 25 with one count each of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resist, delay or obstruction of a public officer. A $3,500 secured bond was set.
