Criminal charges for October 12, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Bounponh Haosouphanhthong, 46, of 5877 Walker Chapel Rd. in Morganton was charged Oct. 7 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance. A $5,000 bond was set.
- Jacob Lee Hilton, 23, of 133 Winding Trl. in Stanley was charged Oct. 7 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Patrick Loy Little, Jr., 32, of 8010 Mountain Shore Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged Oct. 7 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Steven Blake Welch, 22, of 4079 Angel Ln. in Maiden was charged Oct. 7 with one count each of larceny, conspiracy, communicating threats, injury to real property, second degree trespassing and simple assault and battery or affray. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Kinley William Gene, 50, of 1109 Dunleigh Dr. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 7 with one count of failure to appear.
- Tamika Deshaun Pless, 28, of 2140 June Dellinger Rd. in Stanley was charged Oct. 7 with one count each of resist, delay and obstruction of a public officer and non-physical assault. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Jeffery Scott Mincey, 47, of 1191 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 7 with two counts each of cyberstalking and harassing phone call.
- Logan Gene Long, 24, of 620 S. Government St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 7 with one count each of conspiracy and larceny of motor vehicle and two counts of habitual felon. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- William Gene Kinley, 50, of 1109 Dunleigh Dr. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 7 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 bond was set.
- Amber Moore Robinson, 37, of 6472 E. Highway 150 in Maiden was charged Oct. 7 with one count of first degree trespassing.
- Richard Michael Studioso, 52, of 2725 Fay Jones Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 7 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.
- Lisa Fish Studioso, 50, of 2725 Fay Jones Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 7 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
