Criminal charges for September 21, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Bradley David Osborne, 46, of 1491 L. R. Schronce Ln. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 17 with one count of injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Melissa Ann Hoyle, 41, of 1408 Laboratory Rd., B in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 17 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Brandon Todd Nichols, 22, of 213 McMillian Heights Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 17 with one count of larceny. A $700 secured bond was set.
- Brittain Lee Nichols, 22, of 213 McMillian Heights Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 17 with one count of larceny. A $700 secured bond was set.
- Joshua Shane Baker, 39, of 3569 Jeanette Dr. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 17 with one count of domestic violence protective order violation.
- Tammy Renee Brooks, 22, of 950 20 Th St. NE, 14A in Hickory was charged Sept. 17 with one count each of seat belt law violation and driving while license revoked.
- Gregory Scott Reynolds, 53, of 233 N. Highway 16, Apt. 19 in Denver was charged Sept. 17 with one count each of possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
