The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests and criminal charges:
- Robert Cameron Hailey, 21, of 7980 Cherry Point Dr. in Denver was charged Sept. 11 with one count each of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting, delaying, obstructing a public officer and left of center. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Mary Hesper Hinkson, 30, of 216 S. Clarkson St. Unit A in Charlotte was charged Sept. 11 with one count of driving while impaired.
- Jennifer Reikowski, 36, of 728 Seven Springs Way in Denver was charged Sept. 11 with one count of failure to appear.
- Christopher Marvin Campbell, 26, of 115 W. Alabama Ave. in Bessemer City was charged Sept. 11 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Matthew Bradley Parker, 42, of 1303 Meadowland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 11 with one count of simple assault, simple assault and battery or affray.
- Nicholas Ryan Carlisle, 32, of 2788 Mt. Pleasant Rd. in Sherrills Ford was charged Sept. 11 with one count of first degree trespassing. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Pamela Janelle Cain, 32, of 1272 Rosehill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 11 with one count of first degree trespassing. An $8,000 secured bond was set.
- Richard Helms, 50, of 308 Sunny Hill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with one count of failure to comply.
- James Arthur Deaton, 41, of 3085 Baxter Deaton Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with one count each of weapon possession by felon of prohibited firearms, etc. and habitual felon. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- William Shawn Nixon, 46, of 222 Newbold St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with two counts of child support civil order for arrest. A $20,667.22 bond was set.
- Tyrone Elbryan Smith, 37, of 1915 Correll Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with one count of worthless check.
- Katie Nicole Estep, 29, of 1601 Broome St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with one count each of resisting, delaying, obstructing a public officer and first degree trespassing. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Jessica Beam Henderson, 34, of 902 Tower Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 12 with one count of domestic criminal trespassing.
- Joshua Shane Baker, 39, of 2235 Otis Dellinger Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with two counts of weapon possession by felon of prohibited firearms, etc. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Kimberly Dawn Lail, 41, of 2637 Hull-Mcginnis Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 12 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses.
- Leigh Denise Fredell, 29, of 3278 Appletree Ct. in Vale was charged Sept. 13 with one count of simple assault, simple assault and battery or affray.
- Nicole Suzanne House, 28, of 2429 Sugar Mill in Charlotte was charged Sept. 13 with one count of possessing/c drugs, equipment or paraphernalia.
- James Hayes Woodard, Sr., 81, of 5414 Big Creek Hollar Rd. in Alexis was charged Sept. 13 with one count of second degree trespassing.
