The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Timothy Michael Crosby, 19, of 9872 Lakeview Dr. in Denver was charged Oct. 18 with one count of speeding to elude arrest. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Johnny David Johnson, 46, was charged Oct. 18 with one count each of larceny and possessing stolen goods.
- Timothy Michael Leophard, 43, of 454 Dallas Spencer Mountain Rd. in Gastonia was charged Oct. 18 with one count each of harassing phone/obscene call and resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer.
- Erik Ivan Rodriguez, 18, of 3941 English Oak Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 18 with one count of indecent liberties with a child. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- John Doe LCSO, 33, of 700 Howell Memorial Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 18 with two counts of identity fraud. A $250,000 secured bond was set.
- Eric Marcus Jones, 23, of 1706 Beth Haven Church Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 18 with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500.00 secured bond was set.
- Robbie Paul Owens, 38, of 2300 Jayne Rd. in Kingsport was charged Oct. 18 with one count of probation violation.
- Chadwick Sonta McDowell, 42, of 2259 Devine Rd. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 19 with one count of assault with a deadly weapon.
- Michael Lee Phillips, 30, was charged Oct. 19 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.
- Christopher Allen Winkley, 31, of 1995 Rock Springs Cir., in Denver was charged Oct. 19 with assault on a female.
- Jessica Elaine Noggle, 27, of 5353 Antler Dr. in Iron Station was charged Oct. 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Lee Roy Tilley, IV, 31, of 131 Sadler Rd. in Alexis was charged Oct. 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Eric Jason Shires, 41, of 1638 Roseland Dr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 21 with one count of injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Jessica Christine Campbell, 31, of 7440 Webbs Rd. in Denver was charged Oct. 21 with one count each of assault on a government official and resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
- Dale Alen Carter, 32, of 3734 Rockbarn Rd. in Conover was charged Oct. 21 with one count each of injury to personal property and resisting/delaying/obstructing a public officer. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Larry Dale Yarborough, 37, of 141 Dusty Hill Rd. in Dallas was charged Oct. 21 with one count each of communicating threats, simple assault/battery & affray and misdemeanor breaking and entering a building. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Tyrone James Saunders, 31, of 13714 Elsie Caldwell Rd. in Charlotte was charged Oct. 22 with one count each of possession of marijuana exceeds ½ oz., possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Samuel Wade Lawrence, 32, of 780 3rd Ave. Pl. SE in Hickory was charged Oct. 22 with one count of unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
- Matthew Tyler Straughan, 28, of 309 Mull Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 22 with one count each of breaking and entering buildings, larceny after breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle.
- Brandon Sherode Harbison, 28, of 7266 Hallman Mill Rd. in Vale was charged Oct. 22 with one count of civil order for arrest for child support. A $1,000 cash bond was set.
- Daniel Patterson, 26, of 212 Glendale Rd. in Anderson, S.C. was charged Oct. 22 with one count each of carrying concealed weapons and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Dequan Marquise Banks, 21, of 605 Huss St. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Lisa Marie Starnes, 32, of 3139 Bittersweet Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Oct. 23 with one count of failure to appear.
- Dale Alen Carter, 32, of 3734 Rockbarn Rd. in Conover was charged Oct. 23 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
