The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Jesse Lee Lankford, 19, of 6520 Charleston Tr. in Cherryville was charged Sept. 19 with one count of receiving or transferring stolen vehicles. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
- Johnny Jackson, 46, of Stanley was charged Sept. 19 with one count each of felony larceny and larceny.
- Jakubu Leandree Garear, 35, of 1452 C St. in Mt. Pleasant was charged Sept. 19 with one count of malicious conduct by a prisoner.
- Kendra Leigh McQuinn, 28, of 5405 Bashful Ln. in Granite Falls was charged Sept. 19 with two counts of failure to appear. A $750 secured bond was set.
- Shaney Alicia Ledbetter, 42, of 2468 Lake St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 19 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Amanda Michelle Alexander, 33, of 5781 Flay Rd. in Cherryville was charged Sept. 19 with one count each of failure to appear and resist, delaying or obstruction of public officer. A $500 bond was set.
- Robert Andrew Wehunt, 35, of 508 Willow St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 19 with one count of resist, delaying or obstruction of a public officer. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Constance Teresa McVey, 46, of 291 Cooper Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- David Cody Beard, 24, of 1971 Pleasant Grove Church Rd. in Crouse was charged Sept. 20 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Jimmy David Beard, Jr., 48, of 1971 Pleasant Grove Church Rd. in Crouse was charged Sept. 20 with one count of communicating threats.
- Angela Rene Martin, 30, of 659 Springs East Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 20 with one count of failure to appear.
- Richie Scott Sanborn, 44, of 1061 Owls Den Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 20 with one count each of felony breaking and entering a building, felony larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
- Russell Dean Hight, 46, of 621 Polo Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 20 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Mattie Stillwell Bolen, 43, of 421 Armstrong Circle in High Shoals was charged Sept. 20 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $300 cash bond was set.
- Crystal Lynn Butler, 34, of 302 Shamrock Rd. in Gastonia was charged Sept. 20 with two counts of probation violation.
- Jason Dewitt Reeves, 31, of 1886 W. NC Hwy. 150 in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 20 with one count of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Laura Mercedes Rudisill, 28, of 213 McMillian Heights Rd. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 20 with one count of failure to appear.
- Ronnie Dale Cash, Jr., 36, of 5401 Crouse Rd. in Crouse was charged Sept. 20 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Larry Scott Stamey, 28, of 300 Engle St. in Cherryville was charged Sept. 20 with one count of misdemeanor larceny.
- Charles Odell Neal, 45, of 240 Old US Hwy. 70 in Swannanoa was charged Sept. 21 with one count of failure to appear.
- Robert Lee Powell, 36, of 3518 NC Hwy. 73 in Iron Station was charged Sept. 21 with one count of third degree sexual exploitation of minor and ten counts of sexual exploitation or permit for minor to engage in sex.
- Cavian Illa Hamilton-Degree, 28, of 710 Hatchett Rd., 710 in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 21 with one count of failure to appear.
- Darrell Wesley Olroyd, 44, of 1314 Bradton Dr. in Iron Station was charged Sept. 21 with three counts of communicating threats.
- Jordan Antonino Digiovanni, 22, of 4909 Emma Love Ln. in Denver was charged Sept. 21 with one count of first degree trespassing.
- Austin Tyler Neal, 19, of 2817 Hallman Dr. in Crouse was charged Sept. 21 with one count of communicating threats.
- Charles Christopher Collins, 50, of 1506 Healing Springs Dr. in Denton was charged Sept. 21 with two counts of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Shaniqna M. Jefferies, 28, of 227 Bud Black Rd. in Bessemer City was charged Sept. 21 with one count of harassing phone or obscene call.
- Christian Lee Faulkner, 18, of 1431 Cat Square Rd. in Vale was charged Sept. 21 with one count of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz.
- Paul Maurice Bynum, 58, of 4564 NC Hwy. 73 in Iron Station was charged Sept. 21 with one count each of communicating threats and simple assault and battery or affray.
- Stephen Dwayne Gavin, 33, of 202 Hubbard St. in Lincolnton was charged Sept. 21 with two counts of failure to appear. A $19,500 secured bond was set.
