The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Swandy A. Ramirez Turcios, 25, of 1841 Beth Haven Church Rd. in Denver was charged Mar. 31 with one count of assault on a female. A $7,500 bond was set.
- Jean Braddock Little, 69, of 6443 Bentwood Ln. in Denver was charged Mar. 31 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Douglas Glenn Queen, Jr., 28, of 902 Tower Rd. in Vale was charged Mar. 31 with one count each of first degree trespassing and larceny. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- David Allen Wilkes, 46, of 1886 Rock Hollar Rd. in Stanley was charged Mar. 31 with one count of assault by strangulation.
- Shane Lewis Hamrick, 34, of 2456 North Olivers Crossroads in Newton was charged Apr. 1 with one count of civil order of arrest for child support. A $400 cash bond was set.
- Aaron Dean Dyke, 35, of 7780 Skyline Dr. in Sherrills Ford was charged Apr. 1 with one count of possessing stolen goods. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
- Dayne Bradford Boyles, 29, of 3525 Windsor Tr. in Lincolnton was charged Apr. 1 with one count each of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with the intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon while on your own premises and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Regina Cipriano Gaspar, 32, of 5414 Big Creek Hollar in Alexis was charged Apr. 1 with one count of injury to personal property.
- Claudio Luis Cipriano Gasper, 31, of 5414 Big Creek Hollar in Alexis was charged Apr. 1 with one count of injury to personal property.
- Michael Danyelle Stinson, 40, of 10653 Poplar Tent Rd. in Huntersville was charged Apr. 1 with one count of larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
