Criminal Charges — 2-22-17

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

• Kevin Alejandro Rodriguez, 24, of 2207 Lake St. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 7 with two counts of failure to appear. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Megan Ann Cooke, 28, of 209 S. 2^nd Ave. in Maiden was charged on Feb. 7 with one count each of possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia, possession of stolen goods, and possession of control substance schedule II. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
• Bradley Trent Drum, 31, of 5207 36^th St. Dr. Ne in Hickory was charged on Feb. 8 with one count each of driving while impaired and careless and reckless driving. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Jarvail Lewis Johnson, 28, of 1846 Hines Circle Rd. in Stanley was charged on Feb. 8 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $500 cash bond was set.
• Antwan Bartholomew Wyatt, 39, of 1065 Horseshoe Lake Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 8 with two counts of civil order for arrest of child support.
• Frank Eugen Smith Jr., 37, of 2437 Kershaw Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 8 with one count each of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age, assault inflicting serious injury, false imprisonment common law, and injury to personal property.
• Zariah Kenyetta Wingate, 21, of 1577 Buck Oak Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 8 with one count of failure to appear.
• Todd Ross Mathis, 39, of 330 Brevard Place Rd. in Iron Station was charged on Feb. 9 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $500 cash bond was set.
• Michael Shane Pegram, 42, of 2784 E Nc 27 Hwy in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 9 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $400 cash bond was set.
• Martha Ann Sims, 35, of 140 Bradford Dr. in Charlotte was charged on Feb. 9 with one count of failure to appear.
• Dustin Lee Wise Matth, 30, of 527 Stroupe in Lawndale was charged on Feb. 9 with one count of failure to appear.
• Oscar Duran, 45, of 410 West Sycamore in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 9 with one count of failure to appear.
• Tyler John Lambert, 24, of 4475 Briar Creek Rd. in Maiden was charged on Feb. 9 with two counts each of failure to comply and failure to appear. A $515 secured bond was set.
• John Edward Roberts, 45, of 402 Wintergreen Ct. in Kings Mountain was charged on Feb. 9 with one count of failure to appear. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
• Dustin Boyd Leatherman, 38, of 1581 Larry Davis Rd. in Lawndale was charged on Feb. 10 with two counts of food stamp fraud. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• John Edward Roberts, 46, of 402 Wintergreen Ct. in Kings Mountain was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of possession of control substance schedule VI. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
• Randell Craig Stephenson, 50, of 8115 Sisters Ln. in Denver was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of misuse of 911 emergency telephone system. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Kim June Stephenson, 50, of 8115 Sisters Ln. in Denver was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of driving while impaired. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
• Kimberly Lynn Bivens, 42, of 1220 Betterbrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
• Zachary Cecil Lawing, 24, of 3913 Frontier Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of injury to personal property.
• Curtis Tallent Cauthen Jr., 44, of 220 Lilly Tr. in Maiden was charged on Feb. 10 with one count each of affray, communicating threats, and injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• Travis Lee Eakes, 25, of 2659 B Keener Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of using drug equipment or paraphernalia.
• Tabitha Grace Stines, 24, of 5722 Reepsville Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of probation violation.
• Samantha Leigh Gore, 27, of 3509 Maiden Hwy in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of communicating threats. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Matthew Carl Murphy, 31, of 504 Wilson St. in Stanley was charged on Feb. 10 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of control substance schedule IV, two counts of child abuse a general misdemeanor.
• Michael Dean Link, 30, of 2064 Moonlit Tr. in Vale was charged on Feb. 10 with one count of failure to appear.
• Noah Ryan Singleton, 19, of 4377 Woodsbury Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 11 with one count each of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz, possession of drug paraphernalia, and purchasing or possession of alcohol by anyone under 21 years of age. A $700 secured bond was set.
• Billy Joe Drum, 43, of 4065 Biggerstaff Rd. in Maiden was charged on Feb. 12 with one count each of domestic violence protective order violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Evan Lee Knoweles, 20, of 2341 Fulton Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 12 with one count of larceny.
• Katie Lee Ann Nantz, 23, of 1505 Laboratory Rd., 18 in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 13 with one count of failure to comply. A $535 cash bond was set.
• Zachary Charles Clemons, 25, of 4746 Lama Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 13 with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of control substance schedule VI. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Frank Eugen Smith Jr., 37, of 2437 Kershaw Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 14 with one count each of domestic criminal trespassing and domestic violence protective order violation. A $22,000 secured bond was set.
• Mary Nicole Miskell, 36, of 1306 Greer St. in Shelby was charged on Feb. 14 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree trespassing, possession of control substance on premises of penal institution or local and larceny. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
• Chelsea Lane Rate, 31, of 208 Garrson Dr. in Belmont was charged on Feb. 14 with one count each of larceny and first degree trespassing. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
• William Ryan Wimbish, 31, of 2555 Grant Rd. 1 in Hudson was charged on Feb. 14 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
• Jordan Leigh Williams, 24, of 125 Reid St. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 14 with one count of felony breaking and entering building. A $13,000 secured bond was set.
• Holly Leigh Swanson, 50, of 2397 Hickory Ridge in Denver was charged on Feb. 14 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.

• Timothy Edward Keener, 46, of 4795 N. Hwy 16, 12 in Denver was charged on Feb. 15 with one count of misdemeanor breaking and entering building. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
• Matthew Allen Hartley, 22, of 3736 Henderson St. in Denver was charged on Feb. 15 with one count each felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
• Amanda Ashley Hinkle, 28, of 316 River St. in High Shoals was charged on Feb. 15 with one count of failure to appear.
• Jared Miller, 44, of 4481 Herter Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 15 with one count each of simple assault and injury to personal property.
• Robert Michael Dudlext, 47, of 109 Gibson Park Dr. in Huntersville was charged on Feb. 15 with one count of probation violation.
• Charles Raymond Woods, 48, of 117 Valerie Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 16 with two counts of true bill of indictment. A $2,000 bond was set.
• Teresa E. Turner, 44, of 307 Hanks Circle in Gastonia was charged on Feb. 16 with one count of abandonment or non-support of child. A $500 bond was set.
• Reginald Edward Gillespie, 39, of 20 Haynie St. in Greensville, S.C. was charged on Feb. 16 with one count of misdemeanor larceny.
• Kylie Renee Lewis, 24, of 194 Car Farm Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 16 with one count of possession of stolen goods. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
• Ronny Lee Whitworth, 35, of 7159 Lackey Rd. in Vale was charged on Feb. 16 with one count of domestic violence order violation.
