Criminal charges for July 13, 2015.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Michael David Beddingfield, 28, of 20 Red Ruby Rd. in Weaverville was charged July 9 with one count of misdemeanor larceny. A $500 secured bond was set.
Timothy Allen Hart, 57, of 872 Tower Rd. in Vale was charged July 9 with one count of public assist.
Kristal Lynn Cruz, 35, of 1107 Bexley Ln. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count of fugitive from justice.
Sieberen Alex Keuning, 39, of 602 Johnson St. in Maiden was charged July 9 with one count each of interfering with emergency communication, battery of unborn child and assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
Barry Stanley, 51, of 2770 Parker Rd. in Maiden was charged July 9 with one count of larceny by servants and other employees.
Dana Wilson Johnson, 43, of 3199 Loomis St. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count each of possession of a schedule II and schedule IV controlled substance, possession of controlled substance drugs, equipment or paraphernalia and no operator license. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
Phillip Tyler Franklin, 22, of 4092 Providence Rd. in Maiden was charged July 9 with one count each of first degree trespassing, misdemeanor larceny and possessing stolen goods. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
Richard Earl Helms, 50, of 308 Sunny Hill Dr. in Lincolnton was charged July 9 with one count of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age.
Timothy Brian Rose, 38, of 7220 Lingerfelt Rd. in Vale was charged July 9 with one count each of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age, misdemeanor breaking and entering, injury to personal property, cyberstalking and harassing or obscene phone call.
Jihad Kenlaw, 31, of 2401 Celia Ave. 4, in Charlotte was charged July 9 with one count each of possession of a schedule II and schedule VI controlled substance and display of fictitious registration plate. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
Robert Anthony Douglas, 23, of 1992 Cardinal Loop in Stanley was charged July 9 with one count of statutory rape or sex offence of a 13, 14 or 15 year old by a defendant six years older. A $300,000 bond was set.
