Criminal Charges — 2-13-17

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Dustin Keith Payne, 31, of 9169 Willis Rd. in Vale was charged on Jan. 30 with one count each of speeding, careless and reckless driving, and driving while license revoked. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Steven Allen Bolick, 32, of 6342 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged on Jan. 30 with one count each of conspiracy, felony larceny, and possession of stolen goods. A $15,000 secured bond was set.
  • William Elton Patterson, 45, of 1338 Clarence Beam Rd. in Cherryville was charged on Jan. 30 with one count each of trafficking in opium or heroin, possession with intent manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule III, maintaining dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute control substance schedule II, selling or delivering control substance schedule II, and maintaining dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Michelle Smith, 39, of 2830 Devine Rd. in Iron Station was charged on Jan. 30 with one count of misdemeanor larceny.
  • John Thomas Moskalczyk, 46, of 1123 Betterbrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 30 with one count of cyberstalking. A $3,000 bond was set.
  • Jody Deneen Link, 52, of 2059 Tin Mine Rd, 1 in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 30 with one count of communicating threats.
  • James Thomas Caviness, 46, of 3941 Dysartsville Rd. in Morganton was charged on Jan. 31 with one count each of driving while license suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
  • Susanne Nicole Lefevers, 28, of 147 Poe Rd. in Vale was charged on Jan. 31 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II, possession of control substance schedule III, possession of control substance schedule IV, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $7,000 secured bond was set.
  • Steven Allen Bolick, 32, of 6342 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged on Jan. 31 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Mario Javon Johnson, 32, of 6907 Old Plank Rd. in Stanley was charged on Jan. 31 with one count of failure to comply. A $435 cash bond was set.
  • Clinton William Carpenter, 33, of 7199 W Nc 27 Hwy in Vale was charged on Jan. 31 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Jarvis Leonard Miller, 32, of 3496 Woodstream Dr. Maiden was charged on Jan. 31 with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses. A $5,000 secured bond was set.
  • Mary Elizabeth Hammod, 27, of 831 Marble St. in Concord was charged on Jan. 31 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Christina Alaura Smith, 21, of 670 Tabor Rd. was charged on Jan. 31 with one count each of simple assault and battery or affray and first degree trespassing.
  • Steven Ray Harrell, 41, of 518 Goose Creek Resort in Newport was charged on Jan. 31 with three counts of failure to appear. A $50,000 secured bond was set.
  • Spencer Allen Rowell, 29. Of 6213 Adele Street in Kings Mountain was charged on Feb. 1 with one count of possession of control substance schedule II. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Brian Wayne Arndt, 58, of 1060 Poplar St. in Conover was charged on Feb. 1 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
  • Michael Andrew Laney, 39, of 1463 Buffalo Shoals Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 1 with one count of failure to comply. A $480 cash bond was set.
  • Garry Dale Dolin II, 27, of 3653 Shaw Estates Ln. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 1 with one count of failure to appear. A $7000 secured bond was set.
  • Jeannie Lynn Dickens, 22, of 1829 Arden Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 1 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II, using drug equipment or paraphernalia, and two counts of probation violation. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
  • Norman Stewart Young Jr., 28, of 2803 Jenkins Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 1 with one count each of selling or delivering counterfeit control substance and possession with intent to sell or distribute counterfeit control substance.
  • Jeremy Tallent Cauthen, 23, of 220 Lilly Tr. in Maiden was charged on Feb. 1 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
  • Marcus Dock Padgett, 46, of 850 Nc 274 Hwy in Cherryville was charged on Feb. 1 with two counts of probation violation, four counts of failure to appear, one count each of possession of firearm by felon and domestic violence protective order violation. A $500 bond was set.
  • Roger Bryan Cauthen, 35, of 161 Lily Trail in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 1 with one count of probation violation. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tracy Alan Walker, 50, of 1024 Creekside Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 2 with one count each of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age and interfering with emergency communication. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Eric Marcus Jones, 23, of 1706 Beth Haven Church Rd. in Denver was charged on Feb. 2 with one count of injury to personal property.
  • Dana Danielle Dorsey, 34, of 220 Starlight Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Feb. 2 with two counts of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
  • Teresa Diane Wright, 50, of 1105 Oakbrook Ln. in Denver was charged on Feb. 2 with two counts of failure to appear.
  • Darryl Lynn Johns, 57, of 6209 Perth Tr. in Denver was charged on Feb. 2 with one count each of assault on a female by male over 18 years of age, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and interfering with emergency communication.
