The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- Jarvis Leonard Miller, 32, of 3496 Woodstream Dr. in Maiden was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of possession pseudo/prior meth conviction. A $12,000 secured bond was set.
- Carolyn Kluttz, 47, of 169 Pinewood Dr. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of using telephone to threaten bodily harm.
- Richard IV Reyes, 30, of 888 Acre Heighs in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Jena Christine Bowers, 31, of 3987 Will Proctor St. in Denver was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of failure to appear. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Candice Renne Swanson, 22, of 1769 Hwy 16 North in Denver was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
- Carla Cashion Stanley, 38, of 3523 Mack Ballard Rd. in Maiden was charged on Jan. 21 with five counts of worthless check.
- Cody Adam Jennings, 18, of 330 Brevard Place Rd. in Iron Station was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of consuming alcoholic beverage under age 21. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- David Joshua Adams, 18, of 2008 Little Mountain Rd. in Alexis was charged on Jan. 21 with one count of consuming alcoholic beverage under age 21. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Christopher Todd Moore, 32, of 6347 Bufflo Shoals Rd. in Alexis was charged on Jan. 21 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule IV and possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Shawn Landon Christenbury, 27, of 216 Mountain Village Cir. in Gastonia was charged on Jan. 21 with four counts of probation violation.
- Robert James Carroll, 37, of 2316 Southside Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 22 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $1,000 bond was set.
- Joshua James Smith, 28, of 6251 Sherwood Ln. in Denver was charged on Jan. 22 with one count each of first degree trespassing and misdemeanor larceny. A $500 secured bond was set.
- Justin Scott Corbin, 32, of 243 Chase Dr. in Iron Station was charged on Jan. 22 with one count each of carrying concealed weapons, possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia, failure to appear, two counts each of possession of control substance schedule II and possession of control substance schedule IV. A $6,000 secured bond was set.
- Derek Paul Woods, 24, of 4835 Lakota Way Rd. in Maiden was charged on Jan. 22 with two counts of failure to appear. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
- Billy Joe Reynolds, 47, of 509 Crouse Rd. in Crouse was charged on Jan. 22 with one count of fugitive from justice.
- Devon Eugene Reedy, 23, of 2418 Sun Valley Tr. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 23 with one count of probation violation.
- Amanda Alexander, 32, of 5781 Flay Rd. in Cherryville was charged on Jan. 23 with three counts of failure to appear.
- David Clair Cummings, 68, of 165 Roberts Rd. in Crouse was charged on Jan. 23 with one count of embezzlement by virtue of office or employment. A $10,000 bond was set.
- Angle Lee Black Dellinger, 20, of 5493 Crouse Rd. in Crouse was charged on Jan. 23 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray.
- Jesse Michael Waterson, 34, of 2421 Union Church Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 23 with one count of injury to personal property.
- Makisha Detrece Duncan, 23, of 305 Honeywood in Charlotte was charged on Jan. 23 with one count of aggravated assault. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- John Luther Patterson, 66, of 5934 Twin Brook Dr. in Charlotte was charged on Jan. 23 with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and first degree trespassing. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- Startla Mae Lapan, 36, of 1226 Fieldstone Dr. in Moorseville was charged one Jan. 23 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
- John Luther Patterson, 66, of 5934 Twin Brook Dr. in Charlotte was charged on Jan. 24 with one count each of first degree trespassing and misdemeanor larceny.
- Peggy Litton Pope, 51, of 819 Acre Hits in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 24 with one count of simple assault and battery or affray. A $4,000 bond was set.
- Kenneth Eugene Gehrke, 66, of 891 Acre Hits in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 24 with one count of assault on female. A $1,000 bond was set.
- Justin Andrew Becker, 26, of 176 Hoffman Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 24 with one count each of failure to appear and resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Larry Daniel Christopher, 31, of 1621 Sigmon St. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 24 with one count each of failure to appear, driving while license revoked, and misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 bond was set.
- Ellis Cleveland Simpson Jr., 57, of 113 Garrison Dr. in Belmont was charged on Jan. 24 with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture control substance schedule II and six counts of selling or delivering control substance schedule II. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- Noah Jonathan Hensley, 44, of 129 Brushy Hollow Ln. in Dallas was charged on Jan. 24 with one count each of possession of control substance schedule II and driving while license revoked. A $20,000 secured bond was set.
- Kenneth Allen Packett Dale, 42, of 4458 Old Plank Rd. in Iron Station was charged on Jan. 24 with one count of civil order for arrest of child support. A $2,400 cash bond was set.
- Constance Teresa Mcvey, 46, of 3850 Topaz Dr. in Maiden was charged on Jan. 24 with one count each of probation violation, failure to comply, and failure to appear. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
