Criminal Charges — 1-11-17

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

  • Dustin Brian Hawkins, 32, of 139 Sadler Rd. in Alexis was charged on Jan. 6 with one count each of communicating threats, failure to comply, and second degree trespassing. A $1,000 bond was set.
  • Vicki Nicole Hamby, 28, of 4858 Sierra Dr. in Maiden was charged on Jan. 6 with one count of failure to appear. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tressa Kaye Bowers, 45, of 5748 Clintwood Dr. in Stanley was charged on Jan. 6 with one count of probation violation.
  • Laura Rae Willis, 36, of 108 Cresent St. in Easley was charged on Jan. 6 with two counts of failure to appear. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
  • Terry Eugene Nolen Jr., 28, of 588 Horseshoe Lake Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 6 with one count of larceny.
  • Billy Joe Drum, 42, of 4065 Biggerstaff Rd. in Maiden was charged on Jan. 6 with one count each of resisting, delaying or obstructing public officer, assault on a female by male over 18 years of age, possession of drug equipment or paraphernalia, misdemeanor breaking and entering building, and possession of control substance schedule IV.
  • Jerry Allen Stamey, 34, of Bynum Rd. in Lincolnton was charged on Jan. 6 with two counts of selling or delivering control substance schedule II and one count of possession with intent to manufacture sell or distribute control substance schedule II. A $25,000 secured bond was set.
  • Tamara Diane Starnes, 35, of 6544 Sterling Ct. in Stanley was charged on Jan. 6 with one count of failure to appear.
  • Debra Shea Hawkins, 32, of 3857 Finley Ln. in Alexis was charged on Jan. 6 with one count of possession of control substance on premises of penal institution. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
