The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
- David Ross Tench, 45, of 1319 Meadow Ln. in Charlotte was charged Apr. 6 with one count of felon possessing a firearm. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.
- Benjamin Michael Lineberger, 24, of 8346 Unity Church Rd. in Denver was charged Apr. 6 with one count of unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
- Bobby Alexander Houck, Jr., 29, of 1377 Daniels Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Apr. 6 with one count of assault on a female.
- Keith Jay Paul, 30, of 3334 Sorrells Baxter Rd. in Cherryville was charged Apr. 7 with one count each of assault on a female by a male over 18 years of age and injury to real property.
- Crystal Renee Leatherman, 32, of 196 Clarks Creek Rd. in Lincolnton was charged Apr. 7 with two counts of compulsory attendance law violation and one count of civil order for arrest of child support.
- Diane Murphy Nicholson, 58, of 6254 Hwy. 150 E, Unit 9 of Cross Country Campground in Denver was charged Apr. 7 with one count each of misdemeanor breaking and entering of a building and injury to real property.
- Robert Cody Johnson, 27, of 9166 Old NC Hwy. 18 in Lawndale was charged Apr. 7 with one count of possessing controlled drugs, equipment or paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Michael Dwayne Stacy, II, 24, of 139 Stacy Ln. in Taylorsville was charged Apr. 7 with one count of failure to appear.
- Christy Nicole Barnes, 37, of 1221 Betterbrook Ln. in Lincolnton was charged Apr. 7 with one count each of possessing stolen goods, no operator’s license and first degree trespassing. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
- Brittany Palmer Seaferd, 27, of 803 E. Davidson Ave., 5, of Gastonia was charged Apr. 8 with one count each of fugitive from justice and ficticious name or false address on license.
- Bryan Scott Thompson, 32, of 105 Ray St. in Cherryville was charged Apr. 8 with one count each of driving while license revoked and display of expired registration plate. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
- Fredrick Eugene Hill, 48, of 717 Pilgrim Forest Dr. in Monroe was charged Apr. 8 with one count of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance and two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin.
- Cindy Jean Hill, 48, of 717 Pilgrim Forest Dr. in Monroe was charged Apr. 8 with one count of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substance and two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin. A $60,000 secured bond was set.
- Matthew Lee Atwell, 33, of 2447 Ridgecrest Dr. in Stanley was charged Apr. 8 with one count of probation violation.
